What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past roles has been managing the mental health aspects of clients. I care deeply about their wellbeing and sometimes found myself worrying too much because I want to do the absolute best for them. Over the years, I’ve learned to set healthy boundaries and develop strategies to support clients effectively while maintaining my own balance. This has helped me become a stronger, more compassionate coach who can provide the best care possible.

With over nine years as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, including running my own online coaching business for the past 3–4 years, I bring both expertise and passion to helping clients achieve lasting health transformations.
