In my current roles at The Zehak Project, I have delivered 1,000+ hours of counselling through both online and offline formats. My practice primarily supports young and working adults dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, and relationship management. During my work with Santulan, I worked extensively with employees from large MNCs—including Disney+, Cargill, and Apple—through their structured EAP programs, helping professionals navigate work-life challenges and improve emotional resilience. I am a strong believer in the mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible to a broader population. I myself have promoted this cause through my work as a Social Media Manager at Butterflies Effect.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Mindfulness-based techniques, tailored to client needs and personal contexts. I take pride in maintaining strong therapeutic rapport, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in every session.
