I am a passionate coach focused on nutrition and obtaining goals through food as it is a main source for fuel and medicine, alike. I majored in Animal Science and Nutrition at NC State University. I am a competitive bodybuilder and love staying active. I enjoy cooking and sharing my workouts and meals on social media.

In a new role I hope to share my knowledge and passion for nutrition with a wider range of individuals. Even mu relatives know how passionate I am to show case what nutrition can do for our bodies from the inside out and while sharing on social media brings me joy and clients, I look forward to expanding and helping change even more people's lives who are open to giving nutrition change a chance.

I look forward to working with you because it is an online focused career. Now that social media has evolved so much, people lean towards whats most convenient. While offices and hospital settings can seem more professional in its environment, people really desire convenience more. It is time to show that convenience does not take away from the experience and professionalism on the other side.

In past roles the most difficult thing is adapting to the routine of the new role. In physical roles where I have had to clock in and out it was just a matter of getting the hang of how the seniors at the job liked doing certain things and their flow. Working from home can be easier in the sense that we set our own flow.
