I’m excited for a new roll and a long term position in a new field. I am a quick learner I think I will be a good addition I work independently and can be relied on to work without supervision. I am reliable and self motivated and great with customer service and very relatable and compassionate to people

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
Associate retention. Always training new employees. The lack of attention new employees have for a new job. Lack of communication at times with upper management to relate to some issues happening on site.

I’m looking for a long term in a new field I work 30 yrs at same company and a manager for 28 yrs of them. I enjoy talking and communicating with others. I would like the opportunity to to learn new things with this remote job and work with customers troubleshooting and have experience with customer satisfaction and customer service if given.
