What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past roles, was driving the change management initiative to standardize delivery excellence practices across a newly acquired business unit (BU) in the Americas and Europe regions in my previous organization. As anticipated, there was resistance to the change especially at the operational level. It required stakeholder management and collaboration at various levels, showcasing the benefits of the practices to them, obtaining their buy-in and thereafter, planning and implementing the changes in a phased manner. Though it was a challenging experience, it was extremely rewarding and fulfilling as well.
