What has been most challenging experience in a past role?

This included overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff schedules, handling client inquiries, promoting events, and ensuring member satisfaction—all while training new staff and managing unforeseen challenges, such as last-minute scheduling changes or client issues.
