Experienced with analysing quantitative data using statistical analysis software such as SPSS, JASP etc., and some experience with R. Adept at devising and implementing experimental designs for quantitative data collection, using platforms such as Gorilla. Though unfamiliar with some programs and platforms, is a quick and avid learner and can pick up new systems rapidly.
Previous experience has developed written and verbal communication to an academic standard, and is able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Furthermore, a plethora of experience in leading teams is evidenced from group projects at an academic level through to being a store manager for a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand.
Other positions that fit around analytics of editing would also be ideal as I have a strong educational background in a scientific field which has given me the skills to be able to analyse data and derive strong insights from it.
Some students were highly engaged and independent, while others struggled with core concepts, time management, or confidence in contributing to discussions. Balancing the need to maintain academic standards while ensuring that no student felt left behind was challenging, especially when time was limited.
To address this, I adapted my teaching approach by breaking complex material into clearer, more structured segments, using practical examples to reinforce theory, and offering additional support through office hours and written feedback. I also made a conscious effort to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students felt comfortable asking questions and participating.
