HR/ IT Recruiter

I am an IT Recruiter with 1.5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. I have worked extensively on C2H (Contract to Hire), C2C (Contract to Contract), and Permanent hiring models. My experience includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiation, and closing positions across multiple IT technologies. I am skilled in using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships while meeting tight hiring timelines.
