About you
I am a dedicated graduate in psychology with firsthand experience providing counseling, research, and student support. My training was focused on neuropsychology, social psychology, and applied research, allowing me to use both analytical and compassionate skills while executing my duties. I have led group stress management workshops, conducted pro-bono counseling, and engaged in a range of research project focused on psychosocial welfare.

I am passionate about using psychological knowledge in applied, real-world services to people, wellness and mental health, research, and in organizational settings. My growth mindset and communication skills allow me to have an impact and to continue to learn and develop in my field.
