About you
My name is Ravikumar. My birth place is Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. I have done my graduation in Coimbatore in Botany as my major subject. Zoology and chemistry are my allied subjects. After graduation, I was in marketing for pharma and construction industries. After that, I started my transcriptionist journey in a company called Spheris. The Spheris acquired by Cbay and rechristened as MModal and I was working with them for 12 years. After that, I joined with Sanpra Infotech and no I am looking for a new opportunity with better emoluments.

What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One time mistakenly, I posted a job without transcribing and I did not even notice it. But that file went to an audit team and they gave 46% accuracy. My management called me and asked the reason. Then only I realized that it happened accidentally without my knowledge. Management checked all the technical details and even checked the camera footage at the time of posting that job and accepted my reply. After that issue, they have put cetain extra firewalls before posting a job like asking grammer check, DOS check and confirmation twice. This issue created a big trouble to my company at that time, but after that, it never happened again.
