The most challenging experience in my past role was managing long working hours and high workloads without proper support or breaks. I worked as a building manager and event planner in the UAE, where the schedule often stretched beyond 16 hours. It was physically and mentally exhausting, but it also taught me valuable lessons about discipline, time management, and the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
