What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of my most challenging and rewarding experiences was leading my college’s Research Community while working on a study that was later published in OARSI 2025. Balancing leadership responsibilities, academic commitments, and research deadlines demanded consistent focus, communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Coordinating with multiple departments, handling data accuracy, and ensuring ethical research conduct taught me how to stay composed and detail-oriented even in demanding situations. It strengthened my ability to manage complex tasks — a skill I continue to apply in every professional role I take on.
