One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role was handling a large-scale phishing attack that targeted multiple users simultaneously. Many employees had already interacted with the malicious links, so the situation had to be contained quickly. I coordinated with the incident response team, analyzed email headers, isolated affected endpoints using the EDR tool, and initiated password resets and awareness communication. It required quick decision-making, teamwork, and maintaining calm under pressure. Successfully mitigating that incident helped me become more confident in handling high-impact situations.”
