Knowledge Management Specialist

I'm an experienced knowledge manager who has a passion for knowledge management. I have a background in IT, liberal arts and library science. I'm process oriented and always setting up a strategic framework. Knowledge is power and managing it effectively makes a company way more powerful and profitable. I build great relationships and love making the impossible happen.

I'm a contractor with no stability. Sony had layoffs 4 months after I started and they are already trimming at the edges again. I would like stability and a vision I can believe in. I love new challenges and working with different people.

It seems like a good fit and I can make a difference. Company culture looks good as well from what I have read. I know I have the skill set to do this job well and want to make a difference.

Lack of leadership buy-in. If you don't have that in a KM program, then you have to build it bottom up instead of top down which is harder.
