What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The most challenging was when Covid hit. As a treatment nurse at that time, seeing so many declined wounds. It was a challenged to keep wounds from progressing declining. But working with an awesome team we were able tp overcome it.
Licensed vocational nurse of 7 years with experience of administering medication. Monitoring v/s, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care. Strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and effective patient education.
