What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I’ve faced was handling disruptive or emotionally charged users in live chat environments. These situations require quick judgment, clear communication, and consistency with guidelines, especially when conversations escalate in real time. I learned how to stay calm, de-escalate situations respectfully, and take decisive action when necessary to maintain a safe environment for the broader community.
