Proven success in leading therapy teams, expanding services, and developing innovative programs that enhance patient outcomes and family engagement. Recognized for balancing clinical excellence with leadership, while empowering students, staff, and families to succeed. Developed a parent/child friendly program named Hands on Success for Kids. To Whom It May Concern,

I am an occupational therapist with over 28 years of experience. For the last 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with children ages 2-21 with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and various other developmental delays in a school setting.

I have been responsible for evaluating and treating children with a range of needs, providing COTA supervision, student supervision, conducting staff in-services, offering adaptive equipment training, family training, and participating in interdisciplinary staff meetings. I have also been involved in presenting at conferences, managing staffing, and scheduling, and ensuring high-quality care for all our students.

I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential and believe that my experience and skills make me a strong candidate for this position. I am confident that my dedication to children with special needs would make me an excellent candidate for this position. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my background, skills, and enthusiasm can contribute to your company.

Sincerely,

Danielle Evans, OTR/L
