About candidate

About you
I’m a bilingual educator and learning designer who loves turning complex ideas into experiences people actually enjoy. Over the past few years, I’ve built online courses, facilitated corporate training, and guided learners from Pre-K to adults. My students have included seasoned working professionals, children with special needs, and international students in China and South Korea. I thrive on creating programs that are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to different learning styles, whether through bite-sized microlearning, blended courses, or fully virtual classrooms. Beyond designing content, I mentor and support learners, helping them gain confidence and apply new skills in real life. I also lead professional development seminars for teachers across Canada and am preparing to become a MetaProf Instructor. Technology, creativity, and empathy drive my approach, and I’m passionate about making learning accessible, meaningful, as well as enjoyable for all.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where I can combine my experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and digital learning with strategic consulting to help institutions and educators elevate their programs. I want to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement innovative, scalable learning solutions, integrate effective edtech tools, and measure outcomes to ensure real impact. Ideally, this role would allow me to continuously explore emerging digital education trends, design engaging and inclusive learning experiences, and provide meaningful guidance and professional development to clients and learners alike.
What you are interested in working with us?
I’m interested in working with Naukri Mitra because I love turning complex educational challenges into actionable, engaging learning experiences. I’m drawn to the chance to partner with educators and organizations to implement innovative strategies, integrate digital tools, and create programs that genuinely improve learner outcomes. The remote, collaborative environment also allows me to leverage my global teaching and instructional design experience while staying connected to cutting-edge edtech practices.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences I’ve faced was during a full LMS launch at a previous role. Data and teams were siloed, and key stakeholders were resistant to adopting new training methods and technology. Accessing certain materials and getting trainers onboard with updated instructional practices was difficult. By leveraging strong interpersonal skills, building relationships, and demonstrating the value of our approach, my team and I were able to secure buy-in, align stakeholders, and successfully implement the new LMS and training programs. It was a challenge that tested patience, communication, and persistence. UIltimately, it strengthened my problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills.

Dear Hiring Team,

I’ve always been intrigued by how strategic, well-designed learning experiences can transform both individual and organizational performance. Whether it’s guiding a new educator through emerging digital tools, helping a corporate team adopt innovative training practices, or designing online curricula that engage learners globally, I am energized by turning complex information into clear, actionable learning solutions. This passion aligns closely with Naukri Mitra’s mission of empowering educational institutions and professionals through innovative, scalable strategies.

Over the past four years, I’ve developed and delivered impactful learning programs across corporate, educational, and international contexts. As an Online Course Designer at Chanje Group, I built a Strategic Management curriculum from scratch, producing 50+ multimedia assets and seven full courses blending microlearning, constructivist principles, and multimedia storytelling to optimize learner engagement. At Aquatic Informatics, I facilitated bilingual training programs, developed 200+ eLearning resources, and managed LMS platforms to improve adoption and performance. In every project, I partnered with SMEs and cross-functional teams to ensure content was evidence-based, accessible, and practical.

My experience extends beyond traditional corporate and higher-education contexts: I have taught abroad in China and South Korea, and worked with diverse learner populations including children with special needs. Currently, I have been selected as a MetaProf Instructor, and am about to begin to deliver monthly professional development seminars to educators across Canada. During these sessions I will be guiding them on integrating AI and technology effectively while applying best pedagogical practices. This blend of global, technical, and cross-cultural experience allows me to approach curriculum design and consultation with both creativity and rigor.

I am particularly excited about the opportunity to help Naukri Mitra’s clients implement and optimize digital learning strategies, integrate LMS and e-learning tools, and design programs that truly enhance learner outcomes. I thrive in roles that require combining strategic consultation, hands-on instructional design, and stakeholder collaboration. Turning challenges into actionable solutions that drive measurable impact is not only of great importance to me but a value to stand by.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience in online course design, learning consultancy, and professional development can contribute to Naukri Mitra’s mission of transforming educational experiences worldwide.

Sincerely,
Mary Grace Knowles
