What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences was when I noticed recurring errors in buyer codes and delivery texts in daily reports due to high work volume. These mistakes could have impacted client shipments and invoices. Instead of just correcting them, I raised the issue, suggested adding an extra validation step, and led discussions with the team to reduce repeat errors. It was challenging to balance deadlines and quality, but it taught me the importance of proactive QC and collaboration.

With over 12 years of experience in customer support, supply chain operations, order management, and quality control, I bring a strong combination of process expertise, stakeholder management, and reporting skills that align well with this role.
In my current role at Vserve EBusiness Solutions, I manage SAP/Fiori-based vendor orders, conduct QC audits, and generate error reports agent-wise and project-wise. I have also led RCA/CAPA meetings, reducing repeat errors by 40%. Earlier, at VWR Lab Products, I supported SAP-driven order adjustments, shipment tracking with FedEx/UPS, and backorder resolutions. These experiences have built my ability to handle complex supply chain operations, vendor coordination, and customer queries with accuracy and ownership.
I am particularly interested in this opportunity because it allows me to contribute my SCM and QC expertise while continuing to upskill in SAP MM/SD and reporting tools like Power BI.
