What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my past role as a STEM educator was teaching complex robotics and AI concepts to students with varying levels of technical understanding. Some students grasped the concepts quickly, while others struggled to keep up, which initially made it difficult to maintain engagement for the whole class.

To overcome this, I adapted my teaching methods, breaking down concepts into smaller, hands-on projects, providing step-by-step guidance, and incorporating visual and interactive demonstrations. I also encouraged peer learning, where students helped each other solve problems. This approach not only improved understanding and participation but also boosted students’ confidence and teamwork skills.

This experience taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and creative problem-solving in teaching, and it strengthened my ability to make learning both effective and enjoyable for all students.
