About candidate

About you
I’m a strategic and people-centric HR leader with 18 years of experience spanning the entire employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition to talent retiring. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead HR for technology and digital marketing organizations, including fully remote and hybrid teams of 700–800 employees.

I’m deeply passionate about building strong, high-performance remote cultures — ones that balance trust, accountability, and connection across distributed teams. What differentiates me is my ability to stay hands-on in execution while shaping long-term HR strategy. I enjoy being equally involved in designing people frameworks and ensuring their on-ground impact.

I work closely with senior leadership as a trusted advisor, helping align people strategies with business growth plans — whether that’s scaling teams, strengthening culture, or supporting leaders through change. My approach blends empathy with data-driven decision-making, always focused on creating workplaces where both people and business can thrive.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where HR is seen as a true strategic partner — one that contributes directly to business growth and organizational vision. I’m particularly excited about opportunities in remote or distributed environments, where I can help build and strengthen a high-performance culture grounded in trust, accountability, and connection. I enjoy partnering closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business outcomes, and to create a workplace where both the organization and its people thrive.
What you are interested in working with us?
I am applying from Naukrimitra where details of your company are not mentioned. What excited about this role as mentioned in the job description was that it felt like a role where you are looking for an HR leader who can bring in fresh perspective about building a high performance remote organization. People development seemed to be the core for this role and that felt like it would align with my values. Thus applying here.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
The scope of this question is quite wide, given that I have 18 years experience in HR. However trying to answer some here
- Firing my boss of 3 years, who was also the company MD then.
- Acquiring a low performing company into my current company and turning them into a high EBITDA unit while working closely with the business leaders on the integration.
- Expanding into a new geography of Philippines with no prior experience of the country regulations.
- Working closely with the senior leadership to transform a low performing IT centre in India (of a US based company) into making it into a global engineering centre over a period of 6 years.

Dear Hiring Manager,

As a strategic and people-centric HR leader with 18 years of experience across the full employee lifecycle, I have led HR functions for technology and digital marketing organizations, building inclusive, high-performance cultures in both remote and hybrid environments. My experience spans scaling organizations from 70 to 700 employees, integrating acquired companies, and driving people strategies that directly supported business growth.

In my recent role as Senior Director – HR at Atidiv India, I led a fully remote workforce across India and the Philippines, transforming HR from a transactional function to a strategic partner. Through data-driven processes, digital HR transformations, and strong stakeholder collaboration, I improved employee engagement scores by 40% and achieved consistent ENPS above 55. Prior to that, I headed HR and Learning at Rayden Interactive, helping grow the company fivefold in under a year while establishing its foundational people practices.

What excites me most about a new opportunity is the chance to build and nurture remote-first, performance-driven cultures while partnering closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business vision. I bring equal passion for strategic planning and hands-on execution — ensuring that ideas translate into meaningful employee and organizational outcomes.

I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my experience and energy to your organization’s continued growth and success.

Warm regards,
Nitasha Dusi
