About candidate

About you
I’m a healthcare and wellness professional with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree and an MBA in Business Analytics. Over the past five years, I’ve worked in health coaching, patient care, and wellness program management — helping individuals achieve better health outcomes through evidence-based and empathetic approaches. I’m passionate about combining clinical expertise with a holistic mindset to create meaningful change in healthcare.
What are you looking for in a new role?
I’m looking for a role where I can combine my clinical knowledge and wellness experience to create meaningful impact in people’s health outcomes. I value opportunities that allow me to contribute to patient-centered programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and take on responsibilities that support both individual growth and organizational purpose.
What you are interested in working with us?
I’m deeply passionate about improving health outcomes through preventive care, patient education, and holistic wellness. Your organization’s focus on quality healthcare and customer well-being strongly aligns with my values. With my Pharm.D background and over 5 years of experience in health coaching and patient care, I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to a team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
What has been most challenging experience in a past role?
One of the most challenging experiences in my previous role was managing patient engagement and motivation during the early stages of lifestyle change programs. Many clients would start enthusiastically but struggle to stay consistent once the initial excitement faded.

To address this, I introduced a more personalized follow-up system — integrating motivational check-ins, progress tracking, and small milestone celebrations. Over time, this not only improved adherence rates but also strengthened trust between coaches and clients.

The experience taught me how essential empathy, structured communication, and data-driven follow-ups are in healthcare — and it helped me grow as both a coach and a leader.

Dear Hiring Manager,

I’m writing to express my interest in health and wellness leadership roles within your organization. With over five years of experience in clinical nutrition, patient care, and wellness program management, I’ve developed a strong foundation in both health coaching and team leadership.

I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research and an MBA in Business Analytics from Amity University. This unique combination of clinical and managerial training allows me to approach healthcare challenges with both scientific precision and strategic insight.

As a Senior Health Coach at Amura Health Services, I led a team of 10 health coaches and managed over 1,000 clients across metabolic and lifestyle health programs. My work focused on driving measurable outcomes in patient engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Currently, as a Chief Health & Wellness Consultant, I design personalized wellness programs, train coaching teams, and ensure quality in client care delivery.

I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting health transformations through evidence-based and empathetic approaches. I believe that healthcare excellence is not just about treatment, but about empowering patients and creating systems that sustain wellness long-term.

I would be thrilled to contribute my experience and passion to your organization’s mission of improving health outcomes. Thank you for considering my application — I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can add value to your team.

Warm regards,
Jyothsnaa M
